Job Summary

Bluespirit is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of the airport. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad Uttar Pradesh India. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival - Handle passenger inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers are accounted for - Conduct security checks as required - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures - Provide information and assistance to passengers with special needs - Communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues - Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services - Other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic computer skills - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is a plus We offer competitive salary and benefits package including medical and dental insurance paid time off and opportunities for career growth.
