Job Summary

Position: Airport Ground Staff Bluespirit is a leading aviation company based in Kolkata West Bengal India. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Perform security checks and screenings on passengers and their baggage - Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns - Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight coordination - Maintain accurate records and documentation of flight activities - Collaborate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure a safe and efficient operation - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures - Handle any emergencies or disruptions in flight operations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The work schedule will vary and may include early mornings evenings weekends and holidays. The selected candidate will undergo training before starting their duties.
