We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff on a full-time basis. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival areas - Handle and process passenger baggage including tagging loading and unloading - Assist passengers with special needs or requests such as wheelchair assistance or language translation - Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the terminal and gate areas - Collaborate with other ground staff members and flight crew to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Handle any flight delays cancellations or other disruptions in a calm and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of passenger data and flight information - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations and standards Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Familiarity with computer systems and basic math skills - Fluency in English and Hindi both written and spoken is required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
