Job Summary
A full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) opportunity is available within a Family Medicine practice. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services and patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
The provider will assess plan and manage patient care while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to evidence-based practices. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities

Assess plan and provide primary care services

Perform comprehensive patient examinations

Compile and document appropriate patient information in the medical record

Review diagnostic reports and make appropriate clinical recommendations

Prescribe and refill medications in accordance with state regulations
-
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
-
Deliver patient education and promote preventive health measures
-
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Experience:
None required
Licensure/Certification:
-
Current Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP) or Physician Assistant license
-
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (if applicable to NP)
-
DEA license
-
AHA BLS-HCP certification required
-
Advanced Life Support certification preferred
-
Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with state regulations
Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare providers

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Computer literacy including experience with electronic medical records systems
