Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Assignment:T-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage for up to 12 months
Start date:As soon as credentialed
Shift times:Weekdays: 7:30am-5:30pm
Frequency:Tuesday-Friday - Full time coverage

Duties:Primary care provider covering ages newborn to geriatric care. -we are looking for a provider to servicemainly 18years and above but may be asked to occasionally see teenagers.
Required Procedures:primary care procedures; circumcisions potentially
EMR:eClinicalworks
Support Staff:1 MA receptionist; clinic RN as needed
Reason for Coverage:Have not been able to fill full time need
Deal Breakersnot being available T-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage
Additional Questions:
Admissions per day Patients per day: 17-20 patients per day
