Job Title: Locum - Physician - Primary Care
Summary
St Anthony Hospital in Pendleton Oregon is seeking a dedicated Primary Care locum physician to join our team for an assignment lasting 9-12 months. Our facility focuses on providing high-quality healthcare services to the community with a mission to enhance the health and well-being of our patients. This role will primarily involve caring for patients aged 18 years and older ensuring they receive personalized and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients from newborns to geriatrics with a focus on individuals aged 18 and above.
- Perform required primary care procedures including circumcisions as needed.
- Utilize eClinicalworks EMR for patient documentation and care management.
- Work collaboratively with a support team consisting of 1 Medical Assistant a receptionist and clinic RN as needed.
- Maintain consistent coverage from Tuesday to Friday ensuring up to full-time coverage across the assignment period.
- Manage daily patient load of 17-20 consultations.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (Highly preferred).
- State medical license in Oregon (Required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Highly preferred can be obtained during credentialing).
- Clean malpractice history (Highly preferred).
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (Required).
License and Certification Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (Highly preferred).
- Oregon State License (Required).
- BLS certification (Highly preferred).
- Clean malpractice history (Highly preferred).
- Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation dated within the last 30 days (Required).
