Gundersen Moundview is seeking a Family Medicine physician who is eager to practice in a rewarding rural setting and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care across all ages
Deliver preventive care chronic disease management acute visits and wellness services
Collaborate with the care team to support patient-centered coordinated care
Utilize 24/7 specialty consultation resources when needed to support clinical decision-making
Participate in quality initiatives and community health efforts

Schedule & FTE

0.5 FTE (approximately 20 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling options
No required nights weekends or holidays

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine addition must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students residents fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
