The opportunity
- Service delivery manager to manage end to end operations of support engagement. Minimum experience level of 16-20 years.
Your key responsibilities
- Service delivery Lead who has the prior experience to manage support projects.
- Manage resources who needs to support on different shifts and on call coverage as per contract needs.
- Experience in maintenance and support maintenance configuration testing integration and deployment.
- Should be able to manage the key SLAs and KPIs for the successful execution of project.
Skills and attributes for success
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Prior Client facing experience
- Experience with tools like Service-now JIRA soap-ui eclipse IDE SVN Jenkins.
- Understand service management and change management activities along with SLAs and estimator tools.
- Should have worked on incident management problem management and release management.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Service management knowledge as per ITIL.
- Good communication and resource management skills.
Certification:
- ITIL 4 certification (Must have)
