Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands
As the Business Program Manager for Traka Americas you will play a critical role in helping the organization translate strategic priorities into sustained business outcomes. This role is not about managing individual projects in isolation it is about coordinating influencing and enabling change across multiple initiatives teams and geographies.
Reporting to the President of Traka Americas you will work closely with a cross-functional Change Committee representing all major areas of the business. Your role is to help the organization stay focused on the priorities that matter most ensure initiatives are aligned and moving forward and step in to support execution where gaps or dependencies exist.
You will operate primarily through influence collaboration and structure partnering across Traka Americas and with global KAM or ASSA ABLOY stakeholders where applicable to ensure change is understood adopted and delivering intended value to the business and our customers.
