As the Salon General Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the salon ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for managing staff developing marketing strategies and maintaining the salons exceptional reputation. This role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and employees.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60000 - $68500 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage and train salon staff fostering a positive team environment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain salon cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage payroll
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of salon operations and services
