MAKE AN IMPACT
Experience: 8 yr
Key Responsibilities:
- Define an approach and plan forincremental testing ensuring early risk mitigation and de-risking a compressed final test window (5 weeks).
- Define and own theend-to-end testing strategyfor a large multi-market program including UAT cycle design reporting and governance.
- Lead and coordinate multiplemarket test leads ensuring structured defect management and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Define and enforceentry and exit criteriafor UAT and production release.
- Ensure strong test governance environment planning and readiness across parallel SIT and UAT cycles where required.
Must Have Skills / Experience
- Strongtest planning and strategy designcapability.
- Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated delivery discipline managingmulti-country programs in parallel.
- Experience driving structured defect management and executive reporting.
