Job Summary
Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Zero Trust Business Operations Lead with a TS/SCI Security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and responsibilities: Leads the identification and analysis of ZT enterprise mission drivers to develop ZT enterprise assist in defining the direction for future and coordinates discussions relative to future ZT in ecosystem strategy including environmental analysis opportunity identification value cases and mission innovation portfolio ZT technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact upon the development of a communication (including education) needs and drivers for enterprise ZT as a sounding board or consultant to IT and mission leaders in the ZT mission assesses and codifies strategic options based on stakeholder functional and technical needs including ecosystem resource for developing alignment with Federal with cyber stakeholders to ensure strategic and maintain a ZT visibility & analytics security policy positions to accommodate mission technology and threat with other ZT practitioners to share best practices and the ZT business for adoption by assessing the organizations change an environment scan to identify potential challenges for stakeholders such as skills gaps doubts and uncertainties to foster a positive acceptance of change management plans (training and orientation) to influence stakeholdersRequirements:Experience working for a COS for an OSD-level organization or as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service is highly desired. At a minimum the candidate is required to possess the qualities and skills commensurate with said organizational project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking to uphold a strict level of discretion and to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the motivated professional and capable of managing a demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing of and experience with current and evolving DoW Data Management and Operations excellent communication skills a high level of integrity critical thinking and leadership how to navigate the Pentagon to get work to work both independently and as part of a Requirement:U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI accessOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
