Organization & Role:
To lead enterprisewide requirements process improvement and system initiatives. This role partners with business and IT leaders to deliver highquality solutions while building a strong highperforming business analysis team.
- Lead and manage Business Process & Systems team.
- Manage critical and big projects involving IT/software implementation for CSO.
- Oversight and governance of GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape (process tools database technology).
- Coach and mentor Business process analysts towards excellent execution of business requirements management activities (build/grow individual members).
- Support organization in adapting/building capability in latest tools/applications.
- Support organization in the optimization of major applications thru bridging business requirements and solutions with the teams domain expertise/knowledge (Business Process/operation excellence).
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage sprints to ensure work done is aligned with plan.
- Build regular stakeholder communication package/updates for both internal/external stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or any related field.
- 35 years of experience in business analysis process improvement or systems implementation.
- 2 years of experience leading or managing business analysts or crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of business analysis best practices process modeling and requirements governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills including executivelevel reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with enterprise applications data and process architecture is an advantage.
- Project or program management experience is a plus.
