Sourcing and Procurement activities

• Source all expense requirements by delivering as a result a sourcing analysis for the internal client within 5 business days.

• Supervise and guide your team to deliver occurrence efficient the job

• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and global practices.

• To monitor and follow up deliveries claims returns and exchanges of the services/goods when required.

• Ensure compliance with JLL Policies and Procedures

• Perform self-assessments tests on a quarterly basis.

• Support sourcing activities: Assist the sourcing team with

various activities value based on objective criteria.

• To link supplier capabilities with JLLs clients business needs for competitive advantage.

• Develop and implement agreements with the suppliers and follow all proper approval procedures according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.

• Support the Sourcing Coordinator or Regional Sourcing Manager in developing sourcing strategies by providing information as required.

• Key facilitator for change management issues by easing any changing process and making them happen properly..

  Vendor and Contract Management

  Responsible for maintaining vendors files according to JLLs contractual policies procedures and standards.

  Such files can include contracts amendments certificates of insurance letters and other legal or no legal documentation for global regional or local agreements.

  Actively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline and optimize core Procurement processes (e.g. invoice processing risk assessment supplier classification)

• Strong Knowledge of procurement and sourcing

• User satisfaction more than 90% or in the lack of quantifiable data obtain concrete positive feedback from key clients (Sourcing and SFM)

• Vendors files 100% in compliance with JLL policies and procedures.

• Results oriented with higt integrity

• Excellent project management and change leadership skills

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) the PR/PO lifecycle and both U.S. and International Supplier Onboarding/Management
