Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver debt and equity capital raising engagements for corporates seeking growth capital as well as for balance sheet restructuring
- Manage and execute M&A transaction advisory and investment mandates across multiple sectors
- Originate structure and present investment and funding proposals to private equity venture capital banks debt funds and institutional investors
- Support clients in IPO readiness balance sheet optimisation and growth capital strategies
- Conduct financial commercial due diligences and risk assessments to support transaction decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors state entities and private corporates
- Develop and structure innovative financing solutions including project finance and structured instruments
Requirements:
- 10-12 years relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Deals M&A Transaction Management or Private Equity Management
- Demonstrated experience in capital raising transaction structuring and M&A execution
- Strong exposure to both listed and unlisted markets
- Sound knowledge of capital markets regulatory frameworks and investor engagement
- Proven ability to work with private equity venture capital institutional investors banks and debt providers
- Excellent stakeholder management commercial acumen and local networking capability
- Professional qualification in Accounting Finance or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory)
