About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new product and service concepts based on market insights.
- Collaborate with Product Technology and Business Unit teams to refine product ideas.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research (industry customer and competitor analysis).
- Identify unmet needs customer pain points and new business opportunities.
- Perform market validation activities including interviews pilot projects Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
- Measure productmarket fit prior to commercialization.
- Develop business cases including feasibility studies pricing models and value propositions.
- Calculate revenue potential cost structure and associated risks.
- Provide go/no-go recommendations to management.
- Develop product and service roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Product Technology Finance and Legal teams.
- Support product handover to the Sales team after successful validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development sales or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
- Experience identifying market needs for product development or partner sourcing is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong ability to analyze complex market data and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Solid understanding of market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and business development tools.
- Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
