About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Develop new product and service concepts based on market insights.
Collaborate with Product Technology and Business Unit teams to refine product ideas.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research (industry customer and competitor analysis).
Identify unmet needs customer pain points and new business opportunities.
Perform market validation activities including interviews pilot projects Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Measure productmarket fit prior to commercialization.
Develop business cases including feasibility studies pricing models and value propositions.
Calculate revenue potential cost structure and associated risks.
Provide go/no-go recommendations to management.
Develop product and service roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Product Technology Finance and Legal teams.
Support product handover to the Sales team after successful validation.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development sales or related fields.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Experience identifying market needs for product development or partner sourcing is a plus.
Familiarity with SaaS products and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
Strong ability to analyze complex market data and develop effective strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
Solid understanding of market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in CRM software and business development tools.
Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
