We work in an agile manner and at pace partnering with teams in Technology and Digital Business Services to bring innovative digital-first solutions to our customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Account Servicing and Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Accurately verifies analyzes and process data mining and data generation on card delivery tracking and card system
- Manage incoming and outgoing physical card from and to courier vendor and process returned card from courier.
- Follow up to internal and external parties to ensure card delivered any incoming request and/or complaint from customer are properly processed within specific timeline and according to Card Delivery DIM.
- Reconcile total of cards as listed in the embossing file against embossed card report card delivery report from vendor card destruction report up to invoicing MI to ensure all cards are accounted for with no discrepancy.
- Send notification to cardholder on delivery progress/results via SMS.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications (Coding and automation will be highly preference)
- Understanding of basic accounting rules knowledge of HSBC Products in general and credit card products in particular.
- Strong growth mindset communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Able to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
- Able to work both in team and individually.
