OD & Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and Agile professional to join our Human Resources team. This role will bridge the gap between Organizational Development and Talent Development ensuring our workforce is capable engaged and structured for success. You will work closely with the Compben (Compensation & Benefit) team to ensure organizational alignment and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures that improve efficiency and align with company-wide strategic goals.
- Learning Strategy: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Change Management: Act as a catalyst for change driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and an agile mindset within the organization.
- Talent Management: Oversee succession planning talent mapping and career development pathways.
- Performance Culture: Support the integration of performance management systems with development plans.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development roles.
- Education: Bachelors Degree (S1) in Psychology Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Mindset: Must demonstrate an Agile approachable to pivot quickly handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices and OD interventions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
