Business Development and Commercial Partnership Manager

Your new role
As a Business Development and Commercial Partnership Manager you will:
- Identify and develop commercial partnerships & negotiations with digital and physical channels to support business objectives while managing ongoing relationships to achieve intended outcomes and return on investment (ROI) post-contract.
- Design & implement business development initiatives: exploring new business models support business case development and business expansion projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships align with business needs converting objectives into viable partnership opportunities.
- Evaluate and select potential partners through proactive scouting and inquiries conducting risk assessments and compatibility scans while leading engagement processes to design mutually beneficial partnership models.
- Plan and execute negotiation strategies developing financial and economic models to underpin agreements in coordination with Legal Ethics and Compliance (LEC) to ensure contracts reflect negotiated terms.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders monitoring and evaluating partnership performance and addressing challenges through co-developed solutions for continued success.

Youll be joining the Marketing team in Indonesia affiliate where were driving growth in one of the regions most dynamic healthcare markets. The team is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that enhance patient access and expand our market this role youll be empowered to make strategic decisions that shape our partnerships and ultimately our ability to reach millions of patients.
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a Business Development and Commercial Partnership Manager who will appreciate working in a high-paced dynamic environment.
Youll bring with you:
- A bachelors or masters degree in business marketing or science.
- At least 7 years of professional experience including stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
- Proven ability in project management business case development and launch planning.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
- Strong business mindset analytical skills negotiation expertise and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
