Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects with a strong emphasis on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across front-end back-end and middleware technologies along with experience in coding languages such as Golang and . The TPM will also play a key role in effort estimation proposals customer technical discussions and project status reporting while providing overall program leadership and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end technical projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Engage directly in technical tasks including architecture reviews code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers architects and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers to gather requirements present solutions and address technical challenges.
- Prepare effort estimates detailed proposals and feasibility analyses for new projects.
- Manage project timelines risks and dependencies providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior management to ensure alignment.
- Maintain expertise in front-end back-end middleware cloud platforms (preferably AWS) data platforms and AI technologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process automation tooling and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in front-end back-end and middleware development.
- Strong coding skills in Golang and .
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms preferably AWS including services architecture and best practices.
- Knowledge of data platforms and artificial intelligence is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in effort estimation proposal preparation and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in project management including risk management and status reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in AWS or cloud architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
