We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior AI Solution Lead.
Principal responsibilities
- Lead an AI engineering development pod of 5 ppl to deliver rapid prototype solution for PoC
- Be responsible for technical training and best practice establishment for the AI engineering team
- Lead the market vendor solution study build and manage the partnership with AI leading vendors in China
- Be responsible for strategic AI-ready data design and collaborate with Data & Analytics team for data transformation program delivery
Requirements
- 7 years of hands-on development experience to deliver production-grade Machine Learning / AI solutions in an enterprise environment or as a start-up
- Technical savvy for quick experimenting the state-of-art AI algorithms and open source packages
- Product mindset in designing and owning the roadmap of an AI application
- Proficient in coding and proven experience in managing small developer team for agile delivery
- Candidates with proven exposures in academic or industry communities / conferences are highly preferred
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
