The Position

AI Agent Intern - AIDD

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain agentic workflows and multi-agent platforms to automate and enhance scientific research tasks.

• Leverage and evaluate the advanced LLMs capabilities over complex scientific data protocols and literature.

• Integrate various internal and external data sources APIs and computational tools into the agent platform through MCP and RAG systems.

• Communicate with drug discovery scientists (end-users) to iteratively improve the functionality performance and user experience of the developed agents and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science Bioinformatics Cheminformatics);

• Demonstrated strong interest and hands-on proficiency in developing AI agents LLM applications or multi-agent systems.

• Experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. LangChain LangGraph Dify).

• Experience with prompt context and harness engineering.

• Foundational knowledge of biological or chemical concepts or experience in applying agentic systems for biomedical or drug discovery.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
