Established in 2014 they have built a reputation for delivering highly personalized top-tier care that allows clients to maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.This is a hybrid position from Stamford CT serving NYC Westchester County and Lower Fairfield County. Full-time with benefits base salary plus individual performance bonus.Position Overview:Highly driven relationship-focused sales professional to lead referral growth and marketing initiatives. Responsible for expanding referral network increasing qualified prospect volume and strengthening brand visibility within the healthcare professional community. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial strategic and energized by building meaningful long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified prospects aligned with company growth goals
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians social workers discharge planners case managers elder law attorneys financial advisors assisted living communities rehabilitation centers and other referral partners
- Identify and cultivate new referral channels across healthcare and professional networks
- Represent at industry events networking forums and community outreach initiatives
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance market presence
- Support and contribute to social media marketing materials and brand positioning
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape; share insights with leadership
- Deliver strategic insights to leadership to refine growth strategy
Qualifications:- 5 years of successful business development or sales experience
- Experience in home care healthcare senior services or related industry
- Experience managing referral-based sales pipelines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building capability
- Highly organized disciplined and results-driven
- Proficiency with CRM systems
