AZDES Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is seeking experienced Business Analyst / QA Analysts to support enterprise IT systems. This role requires a true hybrid BA/QA professional with strong experience in both requirements analysis and hands-on testing. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders developers and end users in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

This position is hybrid requiring periodic onsite presence for meetings and collaboration.

• Develop detailed test plans scenarios cases and scripts ensuring full test coverage
• Execute functional regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Conduct UAT sessions with business users and validate solutions against acceptance criteria
• Identify document and track defects related to functionality performance and usability
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements

• Analyze and document business processes needs objectives and system requirements
• Identify gaps between current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
• Perform requirements elicitation documentation validation and management
• Create use cases (standard alternate and error scenarios) to guide development
• Define clear and meaningful user acceptance criteria for user stories
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders at all organizational levels and help resolve conflicts

• Document and improve BA and QA standards processes and procedures
• Identify candidates for test automation and document test flows and data dependencies
• Implement automated testing solutions using approved tools

• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
• Intermediate experience with Visual Studio / TFS / VSTS
• Intermediate knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Experience with .NET applications and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2016
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS
• Extensive backend database testing experience including indexes triggers stored procedures and packages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Access)

• Experience with API testing
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
