Job Summary

Position Title: Occupational Therapist School
Location: Lompoc CA
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $69/hr
Job Type: Contract Local
Shift: Day Shift 5x7.5-Hour (08:00 16:00)
Assignment Length: 42 Weeks
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist Schoolfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Lompoc CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct student evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers SLPs and special education teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
Support students with fine motor sensory integration and functional skills
Travel between school sites as assigned (float role)

Required Qualifications:
Licensure:

Active California Occupational Therapist (CA OT) License

Experience:

Prior school-based experience preferred
Experience managing IEP documentation and student caseloads

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices
Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Adaptability to float between multiple school sites
