Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. This role involves delivering high-quality individualized care to patients with a wide range of conditions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals. The department offers diverse specialty programs providing an excellent opportunity to expand clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients functional abilities mobility and quality of life
• Treat patients across a variety of conditions including orthopedic neurological and post-surgical cases
• Deliver specialized care in areas such as lymphedema management and other outpatient therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and preventive care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists Speech-Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all safety infection control and quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)
• Lymphedema Certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
