Sales Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the development of business and management of relationships with specific customers identifying and generating opportunities mainly in business verticals (applicable for the Hungarian market) LNG Terminals & Midstream; Pulp and Paper Sheet Manufacturing & Gigafactory; Life Sciences Food & Beverage & Specialty Chemicals; Refining Sustainable Fuel & Chemicals; Energy Control and Management (EMC).
Responsibilities- Deliver on Annual Orders Target for each of the Segments (PAS LSS HCI) part of the target drive business growth by discovering new opportunities clients and customers having such activities reflected in the pipeline growth for each of the HPS Segments (PAS LSS HCI)
- Develop customer relationships by engaging assigned customers or verticals
- Callingat alllevelsincludingseniorlevelsoftargetcustomerorganizations; engaging early in the customer business development planning process to discover customer needs Honeywell canfulfil.
- Continuously identifies new opportunities for Honeywell and focuses on providing consultative support bybuilding value propositions for solutions into the account
- Manage and build customer contacts serving as the Honeywells ambassador in the marketplace
- Focalpointforrelationshipstrategies account and plans development strategies prioritizeandfocuseffortsonbestopportunities(shortandlongterm)basedonbusinessneeds.
Qualifications- At least a Bachelors Degree
- 10 Years in Sales and Business Development activities (experience in Industrial Automation - must have)
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Willingness to travel on business throughout the country (valid driving license)
- Excellent team and communication skills being completely self-motivated
- Extensive experience in selling industrial automation solutions
