In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for a variety of roles from intake to offer
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including direct sourcing and employer branding initiatives
- Screen and interview candidates ensuring a fair consistent and inclusive selection process
- Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring journe
- Coordinate interviews feedback and hiring decisions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support offer preparation and hiring decisions in line with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in recruitment systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team

- Initial professional experience in recruitment talent acquisition HR or a related field (up to 3 years)
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
- The ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- A genuine interest in people hiring and business partnership
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in an inhouse or agency recruitment environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools
- Experience recruiting for technical engineering or professional roles
- Interest in datadriven recruitment and process improvement
