Job Summary

The Agile Master (Entry) is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The role focuses on servant leadership facilitating Agile ceremonies removing impediments promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives).
Guide and coach team members on Agile principles and methodologies.
Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
Foster collaboration within and across teams.
Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Drive structured planning coordination tracking and reporting.
Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Monitor Agile metrics (e.g. burndown charts) to track delivery performance.
Support Product Owner/Initiative Lead with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Promote Agile culture and values within the broader organisation.
Support documentation workshops and training initiatives.
Engage in stakeholder management and proactive communication.
Understand technical discussions sufficiently to engage and support decision-making.
Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent).
Entry-level experience in an Agile delivery environment (preferred).
