The Business Analyst will deliver end-to-end business analysis services working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs processes and systems. The role focuses on translating requirements into clear actionable solutions improving efficiency and supporting digital and intelligent transformation initiatives.
A key aspect of this role is working on applications and modern digital platforms including exposure to AI-enabled or automation-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes pain points and opportunities
Facilitate workshops JAD sessions and ideation sessions (including AI-driven solutions where applicable)
Develop process maps (as-is/to-be) user journeys and business workflows
Perform GAP analysis and process optimisation
Support delivery of medium to large-scale Agile projects
Translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
Collaborate with developers architects QA and product teams
Support UAT planning execution and defect resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
