This role combines technical leadership incident management SLA oversight and team development. The ideal candidate is hands-on calm under pressure and confident managing production systems and client escalations.

- Lead and mentor Support Engineers
- Oversee high-severity incidents & escalations
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across support processes
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Strong SQL (PL/SQL advantageous)
- Solid Linux experience
- Production support & incident management experience
- Understanding of monitoring deployments & SDLC
- 6 years in Systems/Application Support
- 23 years in a senior or leadership role
- Telecoms BSS/OSS experience advantageous
