Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads nurturing prospects closing sales and maintaining customer relationships through phone calls emails and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct product presentations and virtual demos
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
