Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in B2B inside sales specifically within service-based environments. This role involves a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting requiring strong communication skills discipline and the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
Handle inbound leads: qualify using a defined framework (budget authority need timeline) and convert sales-ready leads into meetings (BANT or SPIN framework)
Execute outbound cold calls to target accounts using approved scripts; adapt live leave professional voicemails and follow up by email/LinkedIn.
Run daily outreach blocks (e.g. mornings cold calls afternoons qualification) to prevent task-switching chaos.
Maintain strict CRM discipline in Salesforce: log every call email outcome and lead status with no exceptions.
Use Dialpad integrated with Salesforce for US/Dubai calling; track call dispositions and meeting outcomes.
Meet dual KPIs: calls/contacts booked (outbound) and % of qualified inbound leads converted to meetings.
