Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School is seeking a creative and dedicated Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our vibrant community. At Elmfield we dont just teach to a curriculum; we nurture the whole human being. We are looking for an educator who can bridge the gap between the imaginative ensemble-driven Steiner Waldorf tradition and the academic rigor of GCSE Drama.
While Drama is your primary passion the ability to offer a second subject is highly beneficial. Whether you have a background in Humanities English Literature or a practical craft we value educators who can contribute to the multidisciplinary nature of our Upper School curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds QTS and has demonstrable experience teaching Science up to GCSE level.
Has a genuine interest in or experience with Rudolf Steiners educational philosophy.
Can transition seamlessly between the demands of external examinations and the imaginative artistic work of the Main Lesson curriculum.
