We are looking for an inspiring and ambitious Primary School Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced practitioner who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching across both Key Stages and is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a member of our teaching staff you will:
- Drive Excellence: Deliver engaging high-impact lessons that challenge and support every child consistently demonstrating Good practice.
- Lead Development: Take ownership of a core subject or a key area of school development.
- Evidence Impact: Confidently use data and classroom evidence to demonstrate how you have improved pupil outcomes and teaching standards across the school.
- Mentor & Model: Act as a beacon of best practice.
Teaching Expectations
- Expert knowledge of the National Curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
- A commitment to creating a nurturing inclusive and high-achieving classroom environment.
- Exceptional classroom management and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
- Substantial experience in a primary setting.
- The ambition to contribute to the wider life of the school and the drive to progress into middle or senior leadership.
- A proactive can-do attitude towards school-wide improvement projects.
- Uphold and support the vision and values of a Church of England School.
- Responsibility within the role will be reflected in the pay grade.
