Integration Transition Specialist

Reports To: Integration & Transition Manager (Michigan HQ)
Travel: Moderate

About the Role
The Integration Transition Specialist is responsible for executing acquisition integrations at the state level.
You will manage day-to-day integration timelines coordinate shared services and ensure each acquisition adheres to the EPIC framework.
This role is highly operational and execution focused. You will work closely with local leadership MSO teams and headquarters to ensure smooth transitions.
What Youll Do
Execute Acquisition Integration Plans
- Implement the master Gantt timeline locally
- Track milestone completion
- Identify risks and report to HQ
- Ensure integration sequencing stays on schedule
Coordinate MSO & Shared Services
- Partner with billing HR IT marketing finance and compliance
- Confirm shared services readiness before go-live
- Prevent delays caused by misalignment
Enforce EPIC Standards
- Ensure operational workflows align with EPIC expectations
- Monitor adherence during transition
- Support stabilization efforts
Support Operational Transition
- Assist with leadership onboarding
- Support workflow stabilization
- Provide onsite presence during critical phases
Report & Escalate
- Provide weekly integration status reports
- Flag timeline risks early
- Escalate operational disruptions
What You Bring
- 35 years of healthcare operations experience
- Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in fast-moving acquisition environments
- Willingness to travel
