Job Description

As a Business Development Representative you will be at the forefront of Motorola Solutions tireless commitment to Solving for safer. This is an impact-driven opportunity to expand our market presence across Brazil proactively connecting those in need with the innovative technology that protects people property and places. You will not just be selling products; you will be building a robust pipeline for video security access control and responsibly-built AI analytics that make neighborhoods and workplaces safer.

Your mission is to act as a visionary partner for potential clients using strategic prospecting to transform passive data into active insights. By executing targeted outreach and conducting compelling pre-qualification webinars you will illuminate the intersection of public safety and enterprise security for our customers. Basic Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Salesforce to ensure accurate lead tracking and robust pipeline reporting

  • Outreach to execute high-volume strategic engagement campaigns

  • CRM tools to manage customer data integrity and lifecycle transparency

  • Video Surveillance & Access Control knowledge to align technology solutions with customer safety needs

  • Advanced English Proficiency to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders

Professional Experience

  • Inside Sales experience to drive new business growth within the technology sector

  • Cold Calling success to proactively identify and engage untapped market opportunities

  • Lead Qualification expertise to assess prospect needs and build high-quality sales pipelines

  • Webinar Presentation experience to showcase value propositions to diverse audiences
