Description

This position goes beyond traditional administrative tasks offering the opportunity to influence team culture support organizational planning and drive execution of key initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrative Partner to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President or higher within OCI. This role requires a sharp detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for operational excellence stakeholder management and employee engagement.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Communications

  • Manage and optimize the executives calendar ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely communication of updates or changes.
  • Draft edit and manage key internal and external communications while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare briefing documents and materials to support executive meetings with internal teams customers partners investors and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM-style records for key external relationships and track executive interactions.
  • Coordinate executive participation in industry events conferences and press engagements.
  • You will be working with Globally distributed teams.

Project & Operations Management

  • Track and report progress on key initiatives and organizational OKRs; flag risks or blockers to leadership.
  • Maintain executive dashboards status trackers and Confluence pages related to business priorities.
  • Identify operational process gaps and propose data-driven solutions to increase efficiency and impact.

Program & Event Management

  • Lead planning and content coordination for employee-facing events such as All Hands Town Halls Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and team offsites.
  • Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
  • Drive initiatives to support mentoring focus group discussions and employee engagement programs including tracking and acting on employee morale metrics.

Finance & Budget Oversight

  • Manage T&E (travel and expense) submissions and approvals ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and business relevance.
  • Partner with finance and operations to monitor team spend and drive process improvements where needed.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 5 plus years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Proven project management skills with an ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear actionable messaging.
  • Deep discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Experience with tools like Confluence Workday expense platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Proactive resourceful and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative is needed in resolving problems and making recommendations.
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
