Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team at CSI Engineering USA. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR assistant role
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Previous experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $30000 - $32000 per year
