Job Summary

We are looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant to join Meyer Plastics Inc and provide support in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will help in organizing workflows managing communications and assisting leadership in scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence respond to inquiries and follow up with clients and vendors
  • Assist order tracking invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain and organize digital files documents and reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers logistics partners and internal teams
  • Conduct online research related to materials pricing and industry trends
  • Prepare presentations spreadsheets and reports as needed
  • Support customer service by addressing basic questions and routing issues appropriately
  • Assist with inventory tracking and data entryli>
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting tools is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing plastics or supply chain environments is preferred but not required
