The Front Desk Agent serves as the welcoming face of the property creating memorable first and lasting impressions for all arriving in-house and departing guests.
As a Front Desk Agent you will:
- Greet register and assign rooms to guests.
- Issue room key and escort instructions to Bellhop.
- Transmit and receive telephone messages.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping dining entertainment and travel directions.
- Keep records of room availability and guests accounts.
- Compute bill collect payment and make changes for guests.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Able to listen and find solutions to guests problems
This individual must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Experience handling cash credit card transactions or using a point-of-sale system is helpful
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus
- Must work weekends and holidays
