Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for the team
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
