Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for supporting the organizations communication efforts by effectively conveying information to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming communication requests via phone email and social media.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written and multimedia content for internal and external communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
- Support the coordination of meetings events and campaigns by managing communication logistics.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
