Job Summary

The Commercial discipline is responsible for driving business growth managing partnerships and providing industry subject matter expertise and advisory to both clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team creates meaningful relationships with clients through their combined knowledge of IT services industry trends and pain points. Members include business development staff of all levels client partners alliances and partnerships managers industry advisors and operational leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales pipeline by engaging new and existing clients within the INSERT INDUSTRY Industry;
  • Drive client engagement and proposal development;
  • Plan and carry out business activities to build client relationships and secure opportunities;
  • Collaborate with senior sales and delivery teams to articulate Endavas value proposition effectively;
  • Develop and maintain a target account list with defined prospect/client profiles and key value propositions;
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry verticals and sub-verticals providing insights and case studies to support sales efforts;
  • Lead discussions with industry professionals and stakeholders to generate interest and showcase expertise in key industry topics.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the Automotive Industry;
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly;
  • Strategic thinker with a record of accomplishment in driving commercial success;
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends technologies and client needs;
  • Expertly champion specific skills within SAM (Sales & Marketing) and conduct training sessions to nurture the development of junior sales professionals;
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Additional Employee Requirements  

  • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls as necessary. 
  • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary. 
  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer as necessary. 
  • Ability to bend kneel crouch and reach overhead as necessary. 
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision toleration of fluorescent lighting and adjusting focus as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required as driving is an essential job function.
