- Operational Support: Be available on call during evenings and weekends to support teammates in the field when needed.

- Adapt & Lead: Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving growth-oriented environment.
- Proven leadership or management experience (prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus)
- Strong people-management skills with a passion for coaching and development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven track record leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive performance and growth.
- Prior experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
