What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - Planning managing and co-ordinating of tasks with relevant teams are done with the best quality on time and accuracy.
- Ensure your systems are security compliant.
- Apply Pentest findings to your systems as required.
- Do capacity management on your system and act on it accordingly.
- Ensure your systems are on the BMW standard software levels.
- Work as a team member. Share knowledge and experiences to improve team.
- Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
- Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach.
- Willing to work out-of-office times and over weekends ( 8-12 weekends)
- Willing and able to travel internationally (1-2 trips)
- Cutover planning for hardware and software updates

What should you bring along
| - Basis experience 5 years
- SAP Basis Certification
|
Must have technical skill | - Release Management STMS
- SAP Charm process
- *SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience with SAP Basis architecture and integration.
- SAP Basis skills (installation configuration and support)
- Hands-on SAP Basis Operations skills
- SAP HANA experience
- Understanding of database management (e.g. HANA Oracle).
- Oracle Concepts
- Linux concepts
- Coordinate basis tasks with SAP Basis/ SAP ECS / Linux and other teams
- All Basis task with SAP Basis/ SAP ECS. Check tasks are successfully implemented
- OS upgrades and changes Linux team. Check tasks are successfully implemented.
- TLM like implementing SAP security patches OS patches Kernel patches
- SAP SP upgrades (SUM process and preparation task)
- SAP EHP upgrade process (SUM process and preparation task)
- Assist and guide with performance issues
- SAP System copies / SAP Client copies
- Understand interfaces and be able to resolve issues
- Understand backup and restores processes
- In-depth knowledge of SAP environments (e.g. ECC S/4HANA SAP Basis SAP Fiori etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms like SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Experience with SAP AI (SAP Joule)
- Experience in troubleshooting SAP systems and resolving performance issues.
- Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
- Strong skills in planning execution and monitoring SAP-related projects.
- Familiarity with networks IT security and system integrations
- Proven track record in managing SAP implementations upgrades or migrations.
- ITIL Process
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
