Job Summary

The Marketing Campaigns Manager leads the planning execution and optimization of end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns. You will shape campaign strategy manage cross functional workflows and ensure every launch and initiative is delivered with clarity creativity and measurable impact. This role requires strong ownership strategic thinking and the ability to turn insights and ideas into campaigns that grow revenue awareness and engagement.

What Youll Do

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand product and promotional campaigns
  • Create clear campaign briefs timelines messaging frameworks and success metrics
  • Drive cross functional alignment with Creative Product Merchandising Paid Media Social Community and CX
  • Oversee the full marketing critical path and ensure all teams deliver on time and to standard
  • Coordinate and lead product launch campaigns across all platforms ensuring consistency in creative and messaging
  • Guide creative development of assets such as imagery videos graphics and landing page requirements

Performance Insights and Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics across sales traffic conversions and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce clear actionable reports
  • Identify insights to improve future campaigns and sharpen targeting messaging and creative
  • Track product line sales and curate selections that optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct market and competitor research on products pricing creative and advertising trends

Process and Collaboration

  • Strengthen and refine campaign workflows for efficiency and clearer communication
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution and quality output
  • Identify bottlenecks early and resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain updated calendars timelines documentation and meeting materials for stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions planning cycles and monthly performance reviews

Who You Are

  • You have solid experience managing end to end marketing or brand campaigns ideally in e-commerce fashion lifestyle or retail
  • You understand digital channels deeply including social search email paid media and content
  • You have strong project management skills and can handle multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • You know how to read data extract insights and turn findings into better decisions and strategies
  • You can collaborate smoothly with cross functional teams and provide clear direction
  • You have a good eye for creative quality and understand what makes visuals impactful
  • You are organized proactive detail oriented and comfortable leading fast moving timelines
  • You communicate well in writing and in person and you know how to keep teams aligned
  • Experience with e-commerce tools CRM marketing automation ad platforms or analytics systems is a plus
  • A genuine interest in alternative jewelry or subculture fashion is a bonus
