Information Technology Manager

1. IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including networks servers cloud services hardware and software
• Ensure high system availability performance and reliability
• Manage IT asset lifecycle (hardware software licenses)

2. Information Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies standards and procedures
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventative controls
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PDPA ISO standards if applicable)
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning

3. User Support & Service Delivery

• Manage IT support services (internal helpdesk or outsourced)
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and user satisfaction
• Develop user guidelines training and documentation

4. Project & Change Management

• Lead IT projects such as system implementations upgrades and migrations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage timelines budgets risks and stakeholders

5. Vendor & Budget Management

• Evaluate select and manage IT vendors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Prepare and manage the IT budget ensuring cost efficiency

6. Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Identify opportunities for automation digitalisation and process improvement
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications :

Required

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of IT experience with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure cloud environments cybersecurity and enterprise systems
• Experience managing vendors and IT budgets

Preferred / Nice to Have

• IT certifications (e.g. ITIL CISSP CISM PMP Microsoft/AWS)
• Experience in data protection and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations
