Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing generalist accounts focusing on small business and lower middle-market clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle all aspects of the role including marketing and sales.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Starting at $70000 with potential for higher compensation based on experience and interview performance. Middle-market roles may offer up to $100000.
- Benefits:Health and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small business and lower middle-market accounts.
- Handle all aspects of the role including quoting new and renewal business marketing and policy servicing.
- Work towards reducing smaller accounts while increasing revenue over the next 12 months.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional lines of coverage and secure new business.
- Collaborate with a team in a people-first family-friendly and team-oriented environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software preferred but training will be provided if necessary.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and easy-going environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
