Project Manager

Our client specializes in high-quality precast concrete fencing and masonry systems serving commercial residential governmental and architectural clients. They have over 38 years of experience an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and perform both in-house manufacturing and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors contractors architects engineers city and county officials and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ideally strong background in precast concrete concrete fencing masonry systems or closely related construction environments.
